A Custom Swimwear Company where you are able to design your own Swimsuit. All of the Items on our website are separates (mix and match). ZenaSwimwear's Seamstresses handcraft your items right from scratch using your personal measurements. All of our Swimwear items are customize-able by choosing from many of the options we offer, examples are, Tankini lengths, Crotch Lengths, straps, and also bra and underwire styles Our customers are also able to create thousands of fabric combinations with Fabric trim and add-on's. Another Service that ZenaSwimwear does offer is the ability to Replicate old worn out swimwear, recreating it in any of our fabrics. Ask us if you don't see what you like and we will try and work with you in customizing a style that is perfect for you. More Info
ZenaSwimwear is an online-only, home-based business, so we don’t have physical store locations. While we can’t offer in-person fittings, we’re committed to making your online experience smooth and stress-free!

Production takes 7-8 business days after payment verification. Orders with 3+ pieces add 2 extra days. Shipping times (separate from production) vary by destination (see the Delivery Page).
An Option which Can be added on every products page. It is an additional fee. The 3-day Rush Service expedites production (not shipping) to 3 business days. Orders placed weekends ship the following Wednesday. Shipping timelines remain standard.
Yes. Production excludes Canadian holidays (listed in BC’s 2025–2026 schedule). Delivery delays may occur during holidays; add an extra day to timelines.
- Email us directly (include your order number and details).
- Via your account:
- Visit your Account Page and select the Order History tab.
- Select your order to view its details and real-time status updates (including your swimsuit's current production stage).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the message box to submit any questions you might have pertaining to your order.
You may request modifications within 48 hours of placing your order. For orders with the 3-Day Rush Service, changes must be submitted within 24 hours, as we begin cutting and constructing your swimsuit shortly after this window.
How to request changes:
- Email us directly (include your order number and details).
- Via your account:
- Go to your Account Page and select the Order History tab.
- Choose your order, scroll to the bottom, and use the message box to send your request.
We’ll respond promptly to ensure your adjustments are accommodated!
If your credit card was declined or encountered processing issues during checkout, our system may automatically generate duplicate orders. To prevent billing errors, we cancel these duplicates and notify you via email.
What to do next:
- Check your order status:
- Log into your Account Page, navigate to Order History, and review your order(s). Cancelled orders will be clearly marked.
- Verify payment details:
- Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Still unsure?
- Email us below or message us through your account with your order number. We’ll clarify the status and help resolve any issues.

Use the Notes field:
At the bottom of each product page, use the “Notes field” (located above the “Add to Cart” button) to include your vacation date. This helps us prioritize your timeline.
Add the 3-Day Rush Service Upgrade:
Scroll to the bottom of the product page to select the 3-Day Rush Service Upgrade during your order. This expedites production to 3 business days (shipping times remain standard).
Order 3–4 weeks in advance & upgrade shipping:
- Place your order 3–4 weeks before your vacation to account for production (7–8 days standard) and shipping timelines.
- For fastest delivery, choose Priority Shipping at checkout. This reduces transit times to 1–3 business days in Canada/USA.
Pro Tip: Combine the Rush Service + Priority Shipping for the quickest turnaround! Check your order status in your Account Page for real-time updates, and email us if you’re cutting it close—we’ll try to help!
