ZenaSwimwear Suits are constructed, and drafted in a timeframe of 7-8 business days. This does not include Shipment transit times or Canadian Holidays.
Once billing and credit information has been authorized and verified, construction of your suit will fall on the following business day.

7-8 Bus Days

Packages are dispatched within 8 working Days after receipt of Payment.
If you order more than one complete suit (3 or more pieces) please add 2 more business days to the construction time. Shipping Times are separate, See Timeline

3 day "Rush"

 If you have opted in for our Rush Service Upgrade.  All Items are completed within 3 business days. This add-on only Expedites production and orders placed on weekends will ship out on the following Wednesday. Shipping times remain unchanged, see Timeline

Standard Shipping

You will be notified by email and given a tracking number when your order has shipped.  All Packages are insured for up to $100

Canada Standard is shipped via Canada Post Expedited or FedEx Ground

USA Standard is shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet

International Standard is Shipped via Canadapost Tracked Packet (pricing starts at $25.00 depending on how many pieces were ordered)

Please Note:  CanadaPost, Purolator and FedEx conduct business Monday to Friday.  If any Canadian or US holidays are within your shipment dates please add an extra day for delivery of your items.

$20.00 Flat Rate within Canada

Starting at $62.00 to USA

Priority Shipping orders within Canada are shipped via Express Post.  Priority Shipping to the USA is shipped via Purolator and the total will be calculated at checkout depending on your your Shipping Location and weight of items.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timelines  

Tracking is included on all orders. Delivery timelines are estimates calculated from the date your order leaves our facility and may vary slightly by destination.

2. Order Processing & Shipment

Orders ship as soon as possible after processing. Tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Ownership of items transfers to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the package.

3. Delivery Address & Instructions

Packages are delivered to the address provided at checkout and typically left in your Mailbox or at the doorstep, marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Customer Responsibility: Ensure the delivery address is secure. To avoid doorstep delivery, add instructions at checkout (e.g., “Do not leave unattended”) or in the second address line.

Signature confirmation must be requested by the customer at checkout if required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Monitor tracking and retrieve packages promptly. Carriers typically attempt delivery 3 times.

Provide accurate, complete billing/shipping details to avoid delays.

Collect packages from the carrier if absent during delivery attempts.

5. Duties, Taxes & Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges. Non-payment may result in returned parcels; original shipping fees and return/reshipment costs are non-refundable.

Reshipment of returned packages incurs additional charges (shipping, duties, brokerage).

6. Liability & Loss

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation, or uncollected items.

Carriers govern delivery rules (e.g., signature requirements). We do not cover replacement costs for packages confirmed as delivered.

7. Policy Changes

Shipping fees and terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
